As President, Jeff oversees New Business, Marketing, and Financial Management, taking on a leadership role in generating new opportunities and ensuring the business’s steady financial growth. With a background in finance, marketing, and communication, he brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to the team, having played a pivotal role in the success of DiVine Custom Homes and other companies he has developed and sold.

Known for his proactive and client-focused approach, Jeff is committed to delivering exceptional results for every client, believing that their satisfaction is the lifeblood of the business. He thrives on the daily challenges his role presents and finds fulfillment in helping clients bring their dreams to life alongside a talented team.

Originally from Rice Lake, Wisconsin, Jeff enjoys adrenaline-packed activities in his free time and is always seeking the next adventure. He shares his life with his significant other, Tami Sherman, and approaches both business and life with high energy and enthusiasm.

Jennifer Steenberg

New Home Sales Specialist & Office Manager

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Jennifer Steenberg brings extensive experience and a client-centered approach to her role as New Home Sales Specialist and Office Manager at DiVine Real Estate Group. Joining the team six months ago, Jennifer’s primary responsibilities include overseeing marketing initiatives, hosting open hours at the model home, and ensuring smooth, seamless transactions for each customer. Her organizational skills and keen attention to detail enable her to coordinate all aspects of the buying process, making transitions easy and enjoyable for clients.

Jennifer’s professional journey spans diverse roles in real estate, most recently as a Design Center Manager for a major production builder. This background has equipped her with unique insights into both the aesthetic and functional aspects of home buying, allowing her to guide clients thoughtfully as they make decisions about their next home. She prides herself on listening carefully to clients and providing the information they need to feel confident in their choices.

Originally from Inver Grove Heights, MN, Jennifer now enjoys her time outside of work with her husband, Chad, their children, Trent and Chloe, and their two dogs, Bones and Razor. Her favorite pastimes include supporting her kids in their sports and activities, boating on Lake Superior, and unwinding in Northern Wisconsin with family and pets. Jennifer’s love for building relationships and being part of a close-knit team makes her a valuable asset to DiVine Real Estate Group.

As a licensed agent in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, Kelly focuses on promoting and selling homes in Park Place Village for DiVine Real Estate Group. Her background in real estate, operations, and training gives her a well-rounded skill set, with strong communication and client support at the core of her approach.

Kelly was born in Saint Paul and grew up in Stillwater, where she also raised her two daughters. She values spending time with family, attending concerts, and connecting with clients and colleagues in a meaningful way. Her experience and straightforward, attentive style make her a key part of DiVine’s team.

With a background in interior design and a deep-rooted passion for community, Kelly provides tours, answers questions, and shares her unique design insights to help clients envision their future home. Her expertise comes from an impressive career in interior design, having worked with retail and architectural firms in Chicago and Minneapolis. Additionally, Kelly spent time in the Hudson School District, where she balanced work and family life while raising her three children. Originally from LaGrange, IL, and now a longtime resident of Hudson, Kelly brings authenticity to every interaction, listening carefully to each client’s needs to provide a truly supportive experience. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, Brian, and their three children, Rosemary, Augie, and Jimmy.

Sharon Fleming

With a career rooted in customer service, sales support, and training, Sharon has held prominent roles in Global Marketing and Product Management, as well as positions as a Marketing Director and Regional Account Manager. Recognized for her excellence with several Quality and Sales Awards, she brings a flexible, understanding, and organized approach to client interactions, helping them explore and refine their home plans.

Originally from South St. Paul, Sharon values teamwork, a skill she developed early in her large family. She has two adult children, four grandchildren, and a love for travel, crafting, and building new friendships.

JoAnne’s professional background spans roles as an Office Manager, Team Administrator, and Transaction Coordinator, where she has implemented systems that significantly increased workflow efficiency and improved the client experience. Her work style is client-centered and proactive; she’s committed to creating a smooth, stress-free process that lets clients focus on the excitement of their real estate journey. Originally from Oakdale, MN, JoAnne values family deeply, cherishing time with her three adult children. Recently widowed, she finds joy and grounding in family gatherings and creating new memories together. In her personal time, she enjoys baking with fresh milled wheat and sourdough, a newfound passion that combines her love for crafting a warm, welcoming atmosphere with culinary creativity.
